Do an LS Swap the Right Way with Components from Doug’s Headers
Doug’s Headers designed motor mounts, transmission crossmembers, low-profile oil pans, headers, and exhaust kits to work as a system. That gives you the option of buying them all at once or separately as your piggy bank allows. Doug’s Headers LS swap components are available for 1963-1972 GM C10, 1964-1967 Chevelle, and 1970-1981 Camaro/Firebird.
Doug’s LS Swap Headers are made from 16-gauge steel and have 1 7/8-inch primary tubes. The headers are available with a high-temperature black painted finish or your choice of a silver or black Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating that is 60 percent more corrosion resistant than raw steel and also significantly lowers underhood temperatures.
Doug’s LS Swap Headers are available in full-length versions for C10, Chevelle, and Camaro/Firebird or mid-length for Chevelle and Camaro/Firebird.
Mandrel-bent from three-inch diameter stainless steel tubing, Doug’s LS Swap mid-pipes connect the headers to your exhaust system. They have welded-on oxygen sensor bungs and come with clamps.
Doug’s LS Swap Transmission Crossmembers are designed to clear up dual exhaust systems up to three inches in diameter with no loss of ground clearance. They are welded from durable steel and have a black powdercoat finish. The crossmembers will work with these transmissions:
• 1963-72 C10: TH-350/400, 700-R4/4L60, 4L80E, 6L80, 6L80E, T-56
• 1970-81 Camaro/Firebird: TH-350/400, 200-4R, 4L60/4L65E, 4L70E, 4L80E, 4L85E, T-56/Tremec T-56 Magnum
• 1964-67 Chevelle: TH-350/400, 200-4R, 4L60/4L65E, 4L70E, 4L80E, 4L85E, T-56/Tremec T-56 Magnum
This OEM-quality, low-profile cast aluminum oil pan can accommodate crankshafts with up to four inches of stroke and have oil drain ports for turbo applications. The pan has a rear sump, can accommodate a windage tray for a fourth-gen Camaro oil pan, and comes with an oil pickup, tube, gasket, and all hardware. An LS3-style dipstick is required.
Doug’s LS Swap Motor Mounts are welded steel with durable black powdercoat finish. Hardware is included. Mounts are designed for use with GM-style clamshell motor mount inserts:
• 1970-81 Camaro/Firebird: Anchor ANI-2292 or equivalent
• 1964-67 Chevelle: Anchor ANI-3064 or equivalent fourth-gen Camaro
