Grand National Truck Show to Debut at the Pomona Fairplex September 16-17

Grand National Truck Show, GNTSHundreds of trucks, vans and SUVs will take center stage at the inaugural O’Reilly Auto Parts Grand National Truck Show at the Fairplex in Pomona on September 16-17. The new show, produced by Rod Shows, was created to celebrate the growing popularity of these vehicles among collectors, builders and customizers.

The Grand National Truck Show is open to all types and styles of trucks, vans and SUVs from 1900 to today, regardless of make, model or year. Rod Shows, known for producing the West Coast’s largest and longest-running hot rod shows, will host the premier truck-only event. The Grand National Truck Show is presented by LMC Truck and Classic Truck Performance Magazine.

Inside the buildings, entrants will compete for awards in more than 35 judged classes, including the inaugural World’s Most Beautiful Truck award presented by ARP Fasteners. The winner of this coveted prize will receive $12,500 and a custom trophy. Additional awards will be presented for best display, paint, interior, engine, detailing and more.

“So many people are passionate about beautiful trucks and different types of vehicles. We wanted to create a show that celebrates these hard-working showpieces,” said John Buck, owner of Rod Shows. “With our long history of hosting shows at the Fairplex, we’re excited to see a lot of new and familiar faces this September.”
