Owners of the classic ’61 – ’65 Ford F-100 trucks are going to be able to make their pickups even cooler with Vintage Air’s latest Gen 5 SureFit Kit! The Kits are available as a Complete System or as an Evaporator Kit for V-8 or inline-6 engines.
The new Gen 5 SureFit Kit for early ’60s F-100 trucks utilizes Vintage Air’s proven Magnum module with features such as a variable-speed high-output blower motor and separate field-serviceable high-capacity A/C and heater coils. Another cool feature of the Gen 5 system is that it is a fully electronic microprocessor-controlled system that eliminates cables or vacuum connections resulting in much smoother air flow, temperature control and direction. There is also an OEM block-type expansion valve, injection-molded case assembly, electronic microprocessor control system, and blend air doors with integral rubber seals to ensure the quality and durability that you can rely on.
Vintage Air also includes powder coated under-dash mounting brackets, hardware for installation, a wiring harness, duct hose, a new glove box, a molded under-dash louver panel with integrated rotary knobs and detailed step-by-step installation instructions.
