More Cars, More Parts and More Prizes at the Big One – The Goodguys Summit Racing Nationals in Columbus
It’s time for the Big One! We’re talking about the Goodguys 27th Summit Racing Nationals presented by PPG, where thousands of hot rodders will gather July 11-13 for a weekend of cool cars, cool people and the best hot rod and restoration parts available!
The top performance and resto manufacturers roll into the Summit Racing Nationals to showcase their latest components and offerings. This gives you a great opportunity to speak with the tech experts to learn about their products and what is best for your specific application, but you may be able to score a great deal on new parts!
Speaking of new products, this is the only Goodguys event that hosts a New Product Showcase area where companies launch their latest products in hopes of being named Best New Product of the Year. You’ll find the New Product Showcase section inside the Bricker Building.
Registered participants will want to make sure to check in at the Choice Product Giveaway booth (also located inside the Bricker Building) to see if their registration number has been drawn for a great prize. The Rodders Reps draw winning numbers at their booth at 10am, noon and 2pm on Friday and Saturday followed by 10am and 1:00pm on Sunday – and these are no ordinary prizes! We’re talking about prizes like a $250 gift card from Summit Racing, Lokar, March Performance or No Limit Engineering just to name a few.
After checking out all the new products and visiting with the vendors, be sure to make your way over to the huge indoor/outdoor swap meet to wade through vintage used parts. You’ll find rows of used parts and automotive collectibles and more. There is even a huge Cars 4-Sale Corral so you can maybe negotiate a deal and drive (or tow) a new project car home.
