Parts & Prizes in Pleasanton at the Goodguys 35th Autumn Get-Together
For much of the country, the cruising and car show season is over – but for those lucky hot rodders in northern California, you have one more weekend of Goodguys Good Times with the Autumn Get-Together! The Get-Together, held this weekend (Nov. 8 & 9) at the Alameda State Fairgrounds in Pleasanton is the final west coast show for the Goodguys 2025 season, so you’ll want to make sure to get out there to score some parts and maybe great prizes to get you through the winter months!
The Autumn Get-Together is your last chance to check out new products or detailing supplies from a number of leading manufacturers and vendors. Or, this is a great opportunity to find a new project to work on over the winter as the Cars 4-Sale Corral is packed with rust-free Nor-Cal classic cars and trucks. After strolling through the for sale signs, skip on over to the swap meet to find those rare speed parts, cool trinkets, or collectibles. There’s always treasure to be found in Pleasanton.
For anyone that registers a vehicle in the show, make sure to check in at the Choice Product Giveaway booth on Saturday and Sunday to see if you’ve won a prize! The hard-working volunteer Rodders Reps draw tickets for great prizes from over 30 hot rod companies including $250 gift certificates from RaceDeck,Coker Tire, Speedway Motors, and more! Prizes are drawn and posted in the booth at 10am, noon and 2pm on Saturday followed by 10am and 1:00pm on Sunday.
The Autumn Get-Together has several special Veteran’s Day events including the Vettes for Vets honor cruise on Saturday and Goodguys welcomes our active and retired military members to enjoy the show for free (with a current and active military or veteran ID). Th is year the show will host three special collections inside the A, B and C buildings featuring classic trucks, Ford Thunderbirds, and a lowrider display put on by Deadend Magazine. Plus there will be vintage campers, Nitro fueled exhibition vintage dragsters, the Auto World Family Fun Zone and so much more – see you at the show!
