Friday First Look! Goodguys 1st Grundy Insurance Mid-Atlantic Nationals Presented by R&M Performance
Hello, Dover! Goodguys just had a fantastic first day in the First State of Delaware as we kicked off a brand-new event, the Grundy Insurance Mid-Atlantic Nationals presented by R&M Performance. We’ve got all the elements dialed in for a great weekend here at Dover Motor Speedway: a first-rate facility, a favorable forecast, and thousands of diehard hot rodders ready for some Goodguys Good Times!
Enthusiasts in this part of the country have been eager for another Goodguys event to serve them, and it looks like we’ve found a winning venue with Dover Motor Speedway. It’s a clean, well-kept facility that is conveniently located and sized just right for a fun-filled event weekend. And judging by the incredible turnout on Friday, the gearheads around here agree.
The weather is shaping up to be just about ideal for a car event, with highs around 80 and sunny skies all weekend. And Goodguys has a full schedule of happenings to keep things hoppin’, including a Family Fun Zone, live music, dozens of vendors, Goodguys CPP AutoCross Series action, and of course, thousands of fine rides to check out. There will even be a Track Cruise around the DMS high-banked oval on Saturday evening!
Simply put, if you’re anywhere near Dover, you owe it to yourself to come join us for this awesome inaugural event. Whether you’re showing off your ride or simply spectating, it’s sure to be a great time.
