2-Barrel EFI – FiTech’s new Go EFI 2-Barrel Now Available in Black

There are a lot of cool cruising cars and trucks out there that don’t make over 300-horsepower or even have a 4-barrel carb. Some classics get by on a good ol’ 2-barrel, but with the low quality gas blends out there combined with leaky, out of tune carbs, wouldn’t it be nice to be able to take that carb off and put electronic fuel injection? But who builds a 2-Barrel EFI system?

FiTech does! And they now offer their Go EFI 2-Barrel EFI system, in a stylish black finish. Designed for 4-, 6-, and most 8-cylinder engines, this system is the perfect solution to eliminate cold start issues, rich running smells, vapor lock, and flooding, with cutting-edge EFI technology.

The throttle body bolts to common H-2300 and R2G manifolds (with a TD-P#2086 adapter). The ECU is incorporated into the throttle body producing a simple installation with only a few wires to connect (fuel pump, ignition, power, and tach). The system even comes pre-programmed requiring only a few inputs to be set on the high resolution, color touchscreen monitor that is also included. You’ll be amazed at the quick starts, smooth idle and snappy throttle response.

This system features an updated ECU that uses a remote relay box for consistent power supply and performance plus it has an internal fuel pressure regulator so there’s no extra hassle or cost and keeps your engine bay tidy. The throttle body accepts many common 5 1/8-inch air cleaner assemblies and has the option to control ignition timing.

FiTech uses OEM style TPS and IAC solenoids for proven dependability. A clamp-on O2 sensor is supplied (it can also be welded) to help ease installation and the system is backed by FiTech’s reliability and 3-Year Warranty. If you prefer the old-school goldish carb look, FiTech offers a version is Classic Gold as well. Check them both out at FiTech and check out their other great products.
