Dakota’s RTX Gauges were designed to embrace the look of Chevy’s iconic gauges without sacrificing the late-model features you expect. In fact, a casual glance may dismiss these as original equipment, but once the ignition switch is turned on, the LED backlighting comes to life! A TFT message center can be fully configured to display just about any piece of information you’d like from the complementary home screen layout to the user-configurable data group screens and colors.
The ’55 – ’56 Chevy cluster offers a full-color TFT message center and LED backlighting (user-adjustable colors). Add a matching RLC-55C clock to finish off the passenger side for a complete upgrade.
For ’57 Chevy fans, Dakota has you covered as well. The ’57 gauge setup has OEM looks with just three gauges, but in fact there are six readings! The tach, oil pressure and voltage are made up of hidden LED bars, only visible when the key is on. Like the ’55 – ’56 setup, there is also a large TFT message center front and center while the rest of the system looks straight out of ’57.
The ’57 Chevy kit fits into your original cast housing and Dakota also offers chrome rings separately, as well as a matching clock (RLC-57C) to complete your dashboard upgrade.
