CVF Racing Unveils the Reaper: The Ultimate Billet Aluminum 8-Track Serpentine System
CVF Racing is proud to introduce their Reaper Serpentine System, a precision engineered serpentine system featuring CNC-machined billet aluminum construction with an 8-rib belt system for improved strength. The Reaper is machined in the USA and backed by CVF Racing’s lifetime warranty, ensuring uncompromising quality and reliability.
Since 2009, CVF Racing has been designing and manufacturing all of their components and systems in their Minnesota based facility. Using an 8-rib belt design results in 33% more grip compared to a traditional style 6-rib design, and for high horsepower engines, that is an important feature!
The Reaper Accessory Drive System features an innovative bracket design to deliver strength and accuracy for thousands of miles. Complete kits are available along with upgrades and options depending on your vehicle setup and performance goals. Plus, CVF backs up their products with a lifetime warranty.
The Reaper accessory drive systems are available in different finishes for: Chevy LS, SBC, BBC, Gen V LT1, LSA and Supercharger systems as well as for Ford small-blocks and 351 Cleveland engines. Chevy Small Block, Chevy Big Block, Chevy LT1 Gen V, Chevy LSA, Chevy LS with Harrop Supercharger, Ford Small Block, and Ford 351 Cleveland.
Each Reaper Serpentine System includes:
- GM Type II Power Steering Pump (Upgradeable for Hydroboost and Remote options)
- 140 Amp, 1-Wire CS130 Alternator (Upgradable to 300 amps)
- Sanden Style Peanut Compressor with 8-Rib Clutch and Billet AC Compressor Cover
- Polished AC Compressor Manifold and Alternator Fan
- 8-Rib Pulleys for the Water Pump, Crankshaft, Alternator, Power Steering and A/C
- Spring Loaded Belt Tensioner with Adjustable Bracket
- One-Piece Billet Aluminum Bracket and Gates Premium 8-Rib Belt
- Billet Hub Adapter, Spacers, and Stainless Steel Mounting Hardware
Supercharged Engines
For those pushing the limits with the addition of a supercharger, CVF Racing offers the Reaper 2-Belt Serpentine System. This system features their 8-brib accessory drive setup along with a dedicated 10-rib supercharger belt for the blower. Supercharged kits are available specifically Harrop’s TVS 2650 supercharger, Whipple-Supercharger setups and for LSA & LS9 supercharged applications.
