Speedway Motors Compact Brake Booster/Master Cylinder Kits
Hot rodders are masters of packaging big things into small spaces. To help in the case of braking, Speedway Motors offers Brake Booster/Master Cylinder kits for a number of applications. To make sure drivers can have brake assist even when space is tight, Speedway Motors has developed a compact Brake Booster/Master Cylinder Kit that fits easily on the firewall or in many cases can be mounted underneath the floor of your hot rod.
Speedway Motors Brake Booster/Master Cylinder kits are based on a compact 7-inch dual diaphragm booster assembly fits under the floor in many applications, or can be mounted on the firewall as well. The cast iron master cylinder has a 1-1/8″ bore and is suited for disc-disc or disc-drum combinations and features two 3/8-24 inverted flare ports on each side to help fit your plumbing requirements.
Features:
- New booster measures 7″ in diameter
- Master cylinder has a 1 1/8″ bore with 3/8″-24 IFF outlets on both sides of the master cylinder
- Pushrod-to-mounting flange is 5-1/2-inches
- Booster bolt pattern is four bolts on 3-3/8-inch centers
- 5-inch thick from master cylinder mount to firewall face
- 4-inch long firewall mount face to end of pushrod
- Pushrod stud is 3/8-inch fine thread
